Editor's notes

Razor Shark is Push Gaming’s second signature title after Jammin’ Jars, and the one that made the studio’s name among high-volatility players. Released in August 2019 on a 5×4 grid with 20 fixed paylines, it is built around one mechanic: Mystery Stacks. Stacks of four seaweed symbols land on the reels and trigger Nudge & Reveal respins — on each respin the stack nudges down one position and reveals either identical paying symbols or the Golden Shark. Every Golden Shark then runs the Razor Reveal, turning into a scatter or a cash multiplier anywhere from 1x to 2,500x the bet. Three or more scatters open the free spins, where reels 2 and 4 are permanently filled with Mystery Stacks and a progressive multiplier rises by 1x on every nudge; extra scatters add spins and refill the stacks. The result is a game with no fixed maximum win — Push Gaming describes the ceiling as unlimited, with a simulated ceiling of around 50,000x over a billion plays and a recorded top win of 85,475x the stake, which places it among the highest-paying slots in circulation. Volatility is very high and the base game can run long and dry. Razor Shark ships in more than one RTP configuration: 96.70% is the default, 95.05% is the documented alternative, and lower settings have been reported. The version in play is confirmed in the in-game paytable at your chosen casino. Bets run from 0.10 to 100 per spin. Push Gaming has since extended the line with Razor Returns (2023, 96.55% RTP, 100,000x cap) and Razor Ways (2024, 96.36% RTP, 25,000x) — each a separate game with its own math.
