Editor's notes
Gates of Olympus 2500 is the fourth major iteration of Pragmatic Play’s Zeus franchise and the most aggressive in its math. Released on 28 September 2026, it keeps the 6×5 pay-anywhere grid of the 2021 original — eight or more matching symbols anywhere on screen win, and the Tumble feature clears them for new symbols to drop in — but multiplier orbs now land at values up to 2,500x, and the maximum win rises to 25,000x, five times the original’s 5,000x cap. The largest structural change sits between the scatter trigger and the bonus: a wheel spin decides which of four free spin modes you receive. The entry mode works like the original, with multipliers landing on a winning spin summed and applied to that win; the Super Spin modes guarantee a multiplier on every spin, with the top mode raising the guaranteed minimum to 25x. Three Ante Bet options and four bonus buy routes into the feature rounds complete the usual Pragmatic package. Unusually for the studio, the RTP configurations were published alongside the launch: the default is 96.52%, and operators can also run 95.50% or 94.50% — a spread of just over two percentage points, so check the game’s information panel at your chosen casino before you play. Pragmatic has not published a hit frequency, but it has listed the big-win odds: a 1,000x or larger win roughly once every 36,000 spins, 5,000x once every 520,000, and 10,000x once in just under two million. Volatility is high, and the flat stretches between hits are longer than in the original. The Olympus line now spans the 2021 original (5,000x), Gates of Olympus 1000 (15,000x), the Super Scatter and Dice variants, and this release — each with its own math, and each a separate game.
