Winneroo Games Review

Winneroo Games Review

Online casino software developer and operator IGT owns a publicly held subsidiary named Probability (Gibraltar) Limited. Over the past couple of years, Probability has been very busy developing software for mobile iGaming sites, and introducing mobile-only casinos in a marketplace where do so is in high demand. One of the company's latest ventures in Winneroo Games.

In order to sign up for a mobile app player's account, users have to go through the Winneroo website. That's a shame. The website looks very amateurish, which might be an issue with some players. IGT is a well-respected software developer and one would expect more out of its subsidiary.

Once a player gets to mobile app, things are better, given that the games come across clear and without delay. Unfortunately, players won't find many games to enjoy.

Promotional Offers

It's hard to knock the site's promo package. They start players off with a small no deposit required bonus, allowing the players to have a free look-see. If players stick around, they can earn matching bonuses over their first three deposits.

Winneroo Games also shows a variety of monthly and reload bonus opportunities along with a cashback loyalty program to boot.

Software

There will be no prominent software providers here. The site is powered by a proprietary software platform and games developed by site owner and operator Probability.

Currently, the mobile games are only accessible through a mobile app that works with any type of device that is compatible with Android or iOS (Apple) operating systems.

While the site does represent the games as fair and honest, there is no information related to game testing or random number generator (RNG) fairness certification listed on the site.

Games

One of the biggest issues for many of these mobile-only iGaming sites is a lack of games. To make matters worse, the games are usually simplistic with minimal bonus features and functionality.

That would be an accurate description of the games provided here at Winneroo Games. They have a couple of table games (roulette and blackjack), bingo, and video slots. Without meaningful features, some of the more interesting video slots would be titles like Fizz Factory, War Zone and Disco Dollars.

Security

Both IGT and Probability Limited hold master gaming licenses with the UK Gambling Commission. The games are also licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority.

Bank level SSL encryption and firewall technology is used to protect the software for outside intrusion.

Banking

A quick inspection of the sites banking options reveals about a dozen or so convenient options for players. They include Boku, PayPal, paysafecard, Visa, MasterCard, Ukash and Maestro debit card. Also, deposits can be charged to the mobile phone bill.

Withdrawal information is not readily available.

Customer Support

As is the case with many of the mobile-only software platforms, it can be quite a challenge to contact customer service. Winneroo Games does not offer a live chat function. Therefore, players have to contact them by phone or email at any time day or night.
