Read full methodology →Slotobit – Eleventh Casiworx brand claiming an expired licence
Slotobit is the eleventh documented casino of the Casiworx N.V. estate, and it arrives carrying the estate's defining problem: the single Curaçao licence that covered every brand in the family — from the flagship SlotoRush onward — ran out on 23 May 2026 and was not renewed. The regulator's register records it as Expired; the regulator's certificate page for the operator states the record “does not confirm current authorization to operate”. The site has not caught up. Its terms still describe the company as “licensed to conduct online gaming operations” under that number, its footer still carries an even older line about an application in progress, and its registration form is open today. Two claims, one site, both false against the register. That is why this review carries a flag, and it is the frame for everything below — including the parts the operator does well, because there are some: a large aggregated lobby, a transparent corporate footer by the estate's standards, and a wager-free VIP cashback design that would be worth attention at a licensed casino. It is not one. Read on for the record; the short version is in the title of our verdict.
What you need to know in 30 seconds
- License???? NONE current — Curaçao (CGA) licence granted 05/2025, second provisional term ended 23 May 2026, recorded Expired (not extended) on the register; certificate page: “Revoked”; the site still claims it
- Flag status⚑ Flagged on FreeExtraChips: active first-party licence misrepresentation — listed under a warning, treated as unlicensed
- OperatorCasiworx N.V., Curaçao (reg. 163922) — disclosed in footer and terms; payments via Xenith Ltd, Cyprus; 11 documented sister brands on the same expired licence
- Watchdog standing3.0 — Very low — at a major watchdog, which urges players to refrain; a second directory still prints “fully licensed” (stale against the register)
- Fairness historyThe same watchdog previously detected the casino switching between genuine and fake versions of games; its current check is clean — both facts belong together
- Welcome pack€3,000 + 300 FS over four deposits — at 45× wagering on deposit PLUS bonus, a 5×-deposit cashout cap, €3 max bet, 7-day expiry; crypto deposits ineligible
- Cashback20–30% VIP-tiered, wager-free, on 30-day net losses — the estate's one genuinely player-friendly design, unverified in practice
- Withdrawal taps€500 per transaction · €15,000 per month · min €30 · 1–3 business days after verification · fees “may” apply · VIP-level daily winnings caps
- Restricted markets74 jurisdictions on the operator's official list — the public terms publish no list at all, and reserve confiscation plus clawback for players who get it wrong
- SupportEmail ([email protected]); live-chat hours unverified; sister brands document silence during withdrawal verification
THE LICENCE, IN FOUR REGISTER EDITIONS
This is not a rumor; it is the regulator's own paper trail. Granted 23 May 2025. Second provisional term to 23 May 2026. “Assessment in progress” on the August 2026 register edition. “Expired” from the September editions onward — an expiry without extension, not an enforcement action; the operator appears on no enforcement register. Under the regulator's own wind-down rules, a licensee whose term ends without renewal must stop taking players within weeks. Slotobit's sign-up form was open when we checked this week, and its terms still read “licensed”. Every player-facing fact on this page sits downstream of that one.
A big aggregated lobby with a history to disclose
On paper the lobby is enormous: a claimed 14,000-plus games from a provider list roughly ninety names long — the Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, BGaming, NetEnt, Evolution, Hacksaw and Nolimit tier among them — with live tables and virtual sports alongside the slots. It is the estate's shared catalogue: the same list, the same headline count, ships at every sister brand. One history item must sit next to it, stated whole. A major testing desk previously detected this casino switching between genuine and fake versions of games — the most serious fairness finding a casino can carry — and the same desk's current check found the feeds authentic. We print both halves together, always: a clean check today does not erase a detection on the record, and a detection on the record does not describe the feeds as they are now. What it does do is raise the price of trust. At a licensed casino, a regulator stands behind game integrity; here, nobody currently does. Demo play exists where providers allow it. Use it.
Deposits by the day, withdrawals by the month
The cashier's geometry tells you who it was built for. Deposits start at €10 and run to €5,000 per transaction and €15,000 per day; withdrawals are capped at €500 per transaction and €15,000 per month, from a €30 minimum. The cashier accepts in a day what it pays in a month. Around those taps: processing quoted at 1–3 business days after verification, fees that “may” apply, large wins payable in installments, a 1× turnover requirement on every deposit with forfeiture reserved on suspicion, and VIP-level winnings caps that run both monthly and daily — past the day's cap, no further winnings are added at all. Verification is pre-withdrawal — ID and a recent utility bill by e-mail, with a kick-in threshold around €2,000 — and the terms reserve the right to demand notarised documents at the casino's sole discretion, at your expense. Dormant accounts bleed €5 a month after a year. The rails themselves are wide — cards, PIX, Skrill, Neteller, Wise, Interac, Blik, vouchers and ten coins, routed through a Cyprus payment entity named in the footer — but one formally restricted market's currency and local rails ship in both the deposit and withdrawal lists, a contradiction this estate repeats at brand after brand.
The bonus book is the estate template, parameters unchanged, and it is the heaviest restriction stack in our catalogue. The welcome pack advertises €3,000 plus 300 free spins across four deposits; the terms price it at 45× wagering on deposit plus bonus, a cashout cap of five times each deposit, a €3 maximum bet and a seven-day clock, with crypto deposits excluded from bonuses entirely. Run the math once and the headline deflates: a €200 first deposit carries €18,000 of required wagering toward a ceiling of €1,000. Bonuses above €1,000 pay only after full verification. The one design that genuinely stands out is the Rewards Calendar: 20–30% cashback by VIP level, wager-free, computed on 30-day net deposit losses — a structure most licensed casinos don't offer. We have no way to verify it is honored, and the counterparty question overrides it: generous terms from an operator with no current licence are promises with no referee. On that subject, the terms are explicit twice over — disputes below €5,000 have no third-party route at all, and the regulator named in the complaints clause no longer licenses the company.
An inbox, an unverified chat, and no referee
Support is where this estate's record is darkest, and Slotobit inherits it until proven otherwise. The published channel is e-mail; live-chat hours are unverified, and at four documented sister brands the pattern is the same — business-hours-only chat, delays, abrupt disconnections, and silence precisely during withdrawal verification, the moment support matters most. Two sisters carry watchdog findings of unusually high disputed or withheld winnings relative to their size. We flag that pattern here because the machinery — finance desk, verification team, support — is shared across the family. The responsible-gambling page lists self-exclusion and account limits; whether players can set them self-service or must ask support is unresolved even across the estate's own brands. The dispute ladder is the shortest we have reviewed: no third-party route below €5,000, a six-month window above it, account closure reserved without any obligation to state a reason, and a licence-based complaints path that now points at a regulator which no longer licenses the operator. The consumer-review layer adds its own caution: the brand's satellite-domain profile on the major review platform shows no rating at all — suppressed, the platform's notice says, for misleading display of its content — over a handful of early five-star reviews. A second satellite domain markets the casino, in the local language, to a market on the casino's own restricted list. The site runs responsive in the browser, no app.
Who this casino is for
Nobody, at the moment — and we say that rarely.
MAKES SENSE IF
- You are reading this to understand the estate — the lobby is real and the wager-free cashback design is worth studying.
- You knowingly accept an unlicensed counterparty with your own eyes open — our flag exists to make sure they are.
- A new licence appears in a verifiable register — at which point we re-rate the whole family.
LESS GOOD IF
- You expect anyone to stand behind your balance — no current licence, no dispute route below €5,000.
- You plan to win: €500-per-transaction taps, daily winnings caps, 45× wagering with 5×-deposit cashout ceilings.
- You take the terms at their word — the word “licensed” in them is five months out of date.
What the register says, in order
Licence stories are usually arguments; this one is a timeline, and every line of it is the regulator's own. The Curaçao Gaming Authority granted Casiworx N.V. its licence on 23 May 2025 — we verified it then, Active, across eight of the estate's domains on the regulator's certificate portal. The second provisional term ran to 23 May 2026. The August 2026 register edition shows the operator in “Assessment in progress”, one of hundreds; the September and October editions show “Expired”. The assessment closed without an extension. Precision matters here: this is an expiry, not a punishment — the operator appears on no enforcement register, and we do not describe it as sanctioned. But the practical consequence is identical: no current authorization, confirmed by the certificate page in the bluntest language a regulator uses. Against that record, slotobit.io offers two incompatible claims — terms that say licensed, a footer that says application in progress — and both predate the expiry: the terms were last updated in August 2025, when the licence was real. That is how the misrepresentation arose — by staleness, not necessarily by design — and it is also why it damns: five months on, with the register public, the claims still stand and the sign-up form still works. One archival note, because the ground is shifting under this file: the regulator has shut its breached certificate portal for good and has previously removed closed licences from the public register, so we work from archived register editions — the paper trail is preserved even if the pages are not.
The flag follows our two-tier policy, and it is worth showing the work. Casiworx is not anonymous — the operator is named in the footer, the company number checks out, the Cyprus payment arm is disclosed; on corporate transparency this estate beats half the licensed market. The flag rests on the other leg: an active, first-party misrepresentation about the one fact that matters most, carried by a brand whose own file includes a refrain-grade watchdog advisory and a historical fake-games detection, inside a family where two sisters carry findings of high withheld or disputed winnings. The record is coherent: generous surfaces, narrow exits. We also note what would change our position, because a flag is a state, not a verdict for eternity: a new licence, verifiable in a register — a footer claim will not do — or a first-party test cycle that prices the machinery directly. Until one of those exists, the arithmetic is simple. A casino's terms are a contract, and a contract is only as good as the forum that enforces it. Below €5,000 this contract names no forum; above it, the named regulator has closed the file. The licence expired in May; the sign-up form never noticed.

FAQ — Slotobit review
Is Slotobit licensed?
No — not currently, by the regulator's own record. The operator's Curaçao licence was granted in May 2025, its term ended on 23 May 2026, and the register has recorded it as Expired — not extended — since September 2026, with the certificate page stating the record does not confirm current authorization to operate. The site's terms still say “licensed” and its footer still says an application is in progress; both claims are out of date. This was an expiry, not an enforcement action, but the result is the same: no current licence.
Is Slotobit safe to play at?
We advise against it, and we have flagged the casino. There is no current licence behind the balance, the terms provide no third-party dispute route below €5,000, a major watchdog rates the brand 3.0 and urges players to refrain, and its history includes a detection of fake games (the current check is clean). The operator is transparent about who it is — which we credit — but transparency about identity does not replace a regulator standing behind your money. Our flag keeps the casino listed so you can see exactly why.
Who owns Slotobit?
Casiworx N.V., a Curaçao company (registration 163922), with payments handled by Xenith Ltd of Cyprus — both named on the site itself. The same operator runs eleven documented casino brands, SlotoRush the best known, all historically covered by the same single licence that expired in May 2026. The brands share one template: the same lobby, the same €3,000 welcome structure, the same restriction stack, the same support machinery — which is why findings at one sister brand inform our read of all of them.
What is the Slotobit welcome bonus really worth?
Far less than the banner. The €3,000 + 300 free spins package carries 45× wagering on deposit plus bonus, a cashout cap of five times each deposit, a €3 maximum bet and a seven-day expiry, with crypto deposits ineligible. Concretely: a €200 first deposit generates €18,000 of required wagering toward a maximum cashout of €1,000. The genuinely interesting offer is elsewhere — a wager-free 20–30% VIP cashback on monthly net losses — but no current licence backs either promise.
How fast are Slotobit withdrawals?
The terms quote 1–3 business days after verification, and the structure around that number is the real answer: €500 per transaction, €15,000 per month, verification required before the first payout with a threshold around €2,000, possible notarised documents at the casino's discretion, fees that “may” apply, installments on large wins, and VIP-level caps on how much you can win per day and month. Sister brands document support going quiet exactly at the verification step. Plan around the taps, not the quoted days.
Why is Slotobit flagged on FreeExtraChips?
Because the site actively claims a licence that the regulator's register records as expired. A flag on our site is a warning, not a removal: the listing stays, the facts stay, and the choice stays with you — we reserve delisting for certain danger. The flag lifts if the operator obtains a licence we can verify in an official register. A claim in the terms or footer does not count; that is precisely the failure the flag exists to mark.
Which countries can play at Slotobit?
The operator's official restricted list runs to 74 jurisdictions — but the public terms publish no list at all: they point players at the registration page and reserve confiscation of winnings, and clawback of funds already withdrawn, for anyone who registers from the wrong place. That asymmetry is the point to understand: the burden of the list sits entirely on you, and the penalty clause is among the harshest we quote. Check your market's legality yourself before any deposit — here more than anywhere.
How we checked this casino
This casino has not been tested by our staff. Verify operator terms, payment conditions, and KYC requirements on the casino's website before signing up.
The short version
Avoid it — not because the product is fake (the lobby is real, the current game check is clean, the cashback design is better than most licensed casinos offer), but because nothing stands behind any of it: the licence expired in May 2026 and was not renewed, the site still claims it, the dispute ladder has no rungs below €5,000, and the withdrawal taps, winnings caps and 45× bonus mathematics are engineered against the one player this review cannot protect — the one who wins. If a verifiable licence returns to a register, we will re-rate the casino and its ten sisters together.
