If you are the first to report a factual error on FreeExtraChips and we confirm it, we fix the page and log the correction here: the date, what the page said, what it says now, and your name — or “a reader”, if you prefer. There is no payment: the credit is public and permanent.
What counts
- Bonus terms. Wagering, maximum cashout, amounts, excluded games or eligible countries that differ from the operator’s own terms.
- Casino facts. Licence, operator and owner, software, payment methods and times, restricted countries.
- Edition figures. A median, a date or a licence reported wrongly in the Payout Index, Licence Watch or the Operator Atlas.
- Slot RTP. An RTP or RTP variant different from what the provider’s sheet or the certificate documents.
A fact counts when a first-party source shows it at the time you report it: the operator’s terms, a regulator’s register, the provider’s sheet or certificate. If the operator changed its terms after our last check, our page is still wrong, and it still counts.
What doesn’t count
- Codes that don’t work. Report them with FXCheck™ on the bonus page: that is what FXCheck is for.
- Opinions, ratings and scores. Frank Score and FXShield grades are method, not data. If you disagree with one, write to [email protected].
- Typos, formatting and broken links. We fix them without a log entry.
- Errors already found. An error we found ourselves, or that another reader reported first, keeps its first credit.
How to report
Use the contact form with the topic “Correction to a review or bonus”, or write to [email protected]. Include the page, what is wrong and the source that shows the right value. Tell us the name you want in the log; without one we write “a reader”. We never publish email addresses.
What happens next
We reply within 48 hours. If the source confirms the error, we fix the page and add the entry; the entry stays, even if the page changes again later. If it doesn’t, we tell you why. Disputes between an operator and our source follow our editorial standards.
