NetEnt Expands to Czech Republic with Tipsport

While we have been a little negative about NetEnt recently for the pirated games that rogue casinos are avidly selling to their players, here’s some good news especially for players from the Czech Republic. Following new gaming legislation in this country and the new operator agreement, NetEnt games are now officially available for local players at the country’s largest betting agency – Tipsport.

Licensed and regulated by the local gaming authority, the 1991-established Tipsport needs no introduction for Czech land-based and online players, at least in the sports betting department.

By today’s standards, Tipsport’s online casino is rather small, but the recent deal with the Swedish iGaming studio NetEnt demonstrates a willingness for growth. Hence, the company joins Play’n GO and is the second developer to be featured on the operator’s casino platform at the moment.

Currently, Tipsport casino players will be able to get their hands on hot and new NetEnt video slots like Starburst, Twin Spin, Jack Hammer, Warlords, and the Rocks series, like Guns N’ Roses, Motörhead and Jimi Hendrix. There’s no download needed and newcomers can also try them in a demo before registration.

Unfortunately, however, NetEnt’s one of the most-promoted games of the year, Planet of the Apes (in association with 20^th Century Fox Consumer Products), is not currently available. The game is perfectly suitable for mobile devices in portrait mode and features not one but two reels which is something we’ve never seen before. That being said, this is the second country expansion for NetEnt over the past month or so, as early in October they made a move to Mexico with Caliente.
