Worst casino ever!!!!!!!!

Worst casino ever! Customer support is rude and talked over me several times so I couldn't get out my issue. I finally asked for a manager and was put on hold forever. They are unresponsive to emails, especially if you are asking for a withdrawl. I requested withdrawl on Jan. 12 and am still waiting for it to be approved. While checking on the web, I saw tons of people having the same issues. Many sites black listed this casino and said not to play there. I agree. It is difficult and almost impossible to get your money out if you win. Customer service is so bad. They send you automated responses saying they will get back to you within a day but never do. I've sent several emails and still can't get a response. Then if you try to call them, your put on hold for a very long time. Ask to talk to a manager and you go on hold again for a very long time. I gave them one star but only because I couldn't submit this review without giving them something...they don't deserve any stars! I agree with other reviewers, Coolcat casino is a crook!

Quite Good Casino... but...

I played for long in this casino. I've deposit up to 3k per month. Finally I hitted a Jackpot... They paid my winnings but after three weeks! Too many slow in payments!
